Website information is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Package features, setup requirements, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in the service agreement provided to each customer.
Submitting a demo request does not create a service contract. Services begin only after the customer accepts the applicable agreement and payment terms.
Unless a signed service agreement states otherwise, service begins with a two-month initial term. After that initial term, service continues month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate menu, pricing, hours, policy, and business information used by their ServeSmart services.
